| Positions (Non-RKR devices) | Non-RKR Cameo 2 devices feature six button positions. Any combination of small, medium, and large buttons can be used to fill the six positions. NOTES: -TOP buttons must occupy the top position. Small and medium buttons in the bottom four positions can also function as side to side rockers. -RKR buttons are not compatible with non-RKR devices.
